POSITION DESCRIPTION 
We are seeking a full-time Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position is based in our Goleta office, and we are willing to consider a remote location for the right candidate. 


 RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Combine in-depth product knowledge with detailed customer needs to develop and present tailored execution plans for Customer Success in Special Markets. 
  • Manage a portfolio of Special Markets customers throughout their lifecycle, supporting milestones of Customer Success after hand-off from the Customer Solutions team.
  • Incorporate experience and learning by continually developing and refining materials to facilitate Customer Success, in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing.
  • Deliver dynamic presentations that engage customers and build foundations for strong future relationships.
  • Collaborate with and mentor other members of Zyris team.
  • Engage a high level of innovation and ingenuity to optimize results.
  • Anticipate internal barriers to Customer Success and coordinate with other Zyris team members to overcome them.


QUALIFICATIONS 


  • 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering effective education/training programs
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure and remain calm when addressing issues
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn, with a strong technical aptitude
  • Strong technical skills for creating presentations, including MS Office Suite and other technology platforms
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree, or equivalent education through multiple years of experience in chairside dentistry
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
